Birthday Packages
At oasisVRX, we understand that every birthday is special and unique, which is why we offer a variety of party packages to suit your needs.
Our basic package starts at $395 and includes up to 10 party-goers, 60 minutes of play, and a dedicated party host. If you’re looking for a more private experience, you can upgrade to our “make it private” option for an additional $179. With this option, you’ll have the entire arcade to yourself, so you and your guests can enjoy the virtual reality experience without any distractions.
During the virtual reality experience, your guests will be able to choose from a wide variety of games and experiences, including escape rooms, multiplayer games, and family-friendly options. Our dedicated party host will be on hand to assist with setup and operation, ensuring that your guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
After the virtual reality experience, it’s time for food and cake! Our party package includes 30 minutes for food and cake in the Atrium, where you can enjoy your choice of pizza, ice cream cake, and other treats. We provide ice, buckets, and tables, and you’re welcome to bring your own beer and wine. We also have a refrigerator/freezer available for storing your cake or other perishable items.
If you’re looking to add a little extra excitement to your party, we also offer several add-on options. For an additional $39, you can add motion seats for car racing and rollercoaster experiences. And for $59, you can add our wireless free roam arena, which features five amazing experiences and is the only one of its kind within 200 miles!
We also offer 90-minute and 2-hour party options. The 90-minute parties include 60 minutes of play and 30 minutes for food and cake in the Atrium, while the 2-hour parties include 90 minutes of play and 30 minutes for food and cake in the Atrium. For larger groups, we will share time and make sure everyone has a great time.
