SUMMER VR 2025 – OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsored by VRCAVE INC and hosted by Oasis VRX LLC

1. Contest Period

The Summer VR 2025 Leaderboard Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on August 1, 2025 and ends at 8:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 13 and older who are legal residents of USA at the time of entry. Employees and owners of oasisVRX or vrCAVE, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible. Entrants under the age of 13 are ineligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must play a vrCAVE VR Escape Room at oasisVRX during the Contest Period and complete the online entry form accessible via QR code or URL provided by the location, immediately before or after the game session. Entrants must submit a team name to the location representative before the game begins. Each game session can count as a separate entry, and players may enter multiple times (with the same or different teams) by completing a new form for each eligible session.

4. Leaderboard and Winner Determination

Winners will be determined based on the fastest completion times of a vrCAVE escape room during the Contest Period.

• The top three (3) fastest team times at oasisVRX will win prizes.
• Only players who completed the entry form for that session will be eligible to receive prizes.
• The timing is recorded using vrCAVE’s internal tracking system and synced within three (3) days after the contest ends.

5. Game Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible:

• The game must be completed without skipping any part of the experience.
• No more than two (2) in-game hints may be used.
• Operator intervention (including but not limited to skipping puzzles, restarting sessions mid-game) will result in immediate disqualification of that entry.
• Technical issues not affecting progress do not provide any time adjustment.
• oasisVRX reserves the right to disqualify entries based on technical issues and/or player/team circumvention.

6. Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• Top Prize (1st Place): Free game, T-shirt, pin, and poster (Approx. Value: $100)
• Second Prize (2nd Place): Pin and poster (Approx. Value: $10)
• Third Prize (3rd Place): Poster (Approx. Value: $5) Only registered team members for the winning entries are eligible to claim prizes.

7. Prize Claim

Winners will be notified via email by oasisVRX within two (2) weeks of the contest’s end, or as otherwise communicated by oasisVRX. Prizes must be claimed in person within six (6) weeks of notification or contest end (whichever is later). Alternate prize delivery may be offered at the location’s discretion. Prizes unclaimed by the deadline will be forfeited. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, team name, city of residence, and/or likeness for publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. For winners under the age of majority, parental/guardian consent may be required.

8. Odds of Winning

This is a contest of skill. Odds of winning depend on the number and performance of eligible entries. There is no element of chance.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided will only be used to administer the contest. Notification emails will be sent to winners regardless of mailing list preferences. Mailing list opt-in is not required to participate.

10. Additional Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, without liability, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor and Host are not responsible for technical failures, data corruption, or other unforeseen issues.

The leaderboard and winners list will be publicly displayed on vrCAVE’s website for a minimum of two (2) weeks following contest close.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that tampers with the entry process. Any dispute will be governed by the laws of New Jersey. This Contest is governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey and the federal laws of USA applicable therein. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
