Quick Answers

Generally 8 and up for most experiences. Younger kids are welcome for some attractions — call us and we’ll match you to the right one. Adults have just as much fun, we promise.
We strongly recommend booking ahead, especially weekends. Walk-ins are welcome if spots are open, but online booking guarantees your time.
Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Avoid large hats or bulky hairstyles that interfere with the headset. Leave heavy jewelry at home for the Free-Roam Arena.
Party and group event bookings are welcome to bring food and BYOB. For regular sessions we have light refreshments available. Contact us for catering options on events.
Holmdel is open Thu–Sun. On Mon–Wed we open for private groups with a $250 minimum. Call us to arrange a weekday booking!
